Mark Collinsmark1

Mark is the General Manager of Sales and Marketing for Orenda. Orenda is a management consultancy that focuses on assisting new business start-ups, particularly within the alternative energy and internet spaces.

Prior to joining Orenda, Mark worked for the National Australia Bank for 20 years. He has been involved in a wide variety of roles covering all facets of business including, lending, customer service, senior leadership, training, sales, marketing and project management. He specialised in restructuring and change management initiatives from both an implementation aspect and a strategic senior management overview perspective. He has vast experience in people issues through senior roles within the HR function.
 

Rachael Guthridgerachael1

Rachael is the Director of Monument Marketing. Monument Marketing is a niche marketing consultancy that works with organisations to develop and implement dynamic behaviour change programs that affect strong and lasting change.

Rachael has a Masters in Business (Marketing) from RMIT and is the producer of Taxi Project – a social marketing campaign designed to raise the standing of Victorian taxi drivers. She has 10 years experience working for government departments (local and state), SMEs and not-for-profit organisations and specialises in developing integrated marketing campaigns that have a strong strategic framework as well as actionable and measurable project outputs.
 

Lyndon Desalyndon-desa1

Lyndon Desa has over 10 years of experience working with several well known banks including Deutsche Bank AG, Emirates Bank International and currently the ANZ Group. His experience has been in the areas of internal audit, risk and business strategy. Lyndon holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a MBA from Monash University Melbourne. His interests include history, culture, travel, food, music and keeping fit.

Angela Scaffidiangela1

Angela established Scaffidi Hugh-Jones, a specialist communication consultancy, in 2002. She previously worked in consulting roles with McKinsey & Company and Turnbull Porter Novelli. She has consulted on a variety of projects across the corporate, government and community sectors. Angela has helped these organisations with communication to support process improvements, mergers and cultural change.

Angela has won a range of state, national and international awards for her work in communication, including two Golden World Awards from the International Public Relations Association. Angela is a skilled facilitator and trainer. She lectures in the post-graduate PR program at RMIT University.

Angela provides pro bono advice and assistance to organisations that support young people and families living with cancer. Angela is on the board of the Future Cambodia Fund and Challenge: supporting kids with cancer. Angela is the founder of the Scaffidi Foundation, which was established to honour the memory of her mother and sister. Angela is also a member of High Ideals.

Foundation Profile: Jess

JessJess, age 9, was first diagnosed with cancer when she was 3.5 years old. She has had a kidney tumour, four brain tumours and has undergone regular radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Shortly after meeting Jess, Angela from the Scaffidi Foundation made a deal with her; if she was brave enough to go through with her treatment, Angela would dye her hair hot pink, Jess’ favourite colour.
